Welcome to Altitude Teams. By accessing or using our mobile application and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent.

Altitude Teams provides a sports team management platform that includes:

• Roster and team management
• Schedule coordination and calendar features
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Team communication tools
• Integration with third-party fitness platforms
• Equipment and asset management

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Services.

6. Team and Organization Features

Team Administrators

Team administrators have additional responsibilities and capabilities, including managing team members, settings, and data. Administrators are responsible for ensuring appropriate use within their organizations.

SafeSport Compliance

Our communication features are designed to support SafeSport compliance for youth programs. Organizations using our Services for minors must comply with applicable youth protection requirements.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Concept2, Apple Health, Google Fit). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Fees and Payment

Some features may require paid subscriptions. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Altitude Teams and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTITUDE TEAMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altitude Teams from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
