How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In the App
- Open the Altitude app
- Go to Settings → Profile
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@altitudeteams.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Your name as it appears in the app
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Your workout and performance data
- Your messages and communications
- Your payment history (transaction records may be retained for legal/tax purposes)
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for users aged 13 and older. For youth athletes under 18, we provide guardian visibility features to ensure SafeSport compliance. Parents and guardians can contact us to review or delete their child's information.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion at any time. Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
